How billing works
| Topic | Detail |
|---|---|
| Annual vs monthly | Annual is paid upfront for 12 months and saves 20% vs monthly. Monthly is charged every 30 days and can be cancelled anytime. |
| Per-seat billing | Each paid member is one seat at your plan's per-user price. Adding a member mid-cycle is prorated; removing one frees the seat. |
| Upgrading | Takes effect immediately, with a prorated charge. |
| Downgrading | Takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No content is deleted — restricted features become read-only. |
| Cancelling | Your plan stays active until the end of the period. No lockout, no forced data deletion. No partial refunds except duplicate charges or billing errors. |
| Payment methods | Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UPI. |
| Education / nonprofit | Special pricing is available — contact sales@cloudairy.com. |
Where to manage your plan
- Upgrade — select Upgrade in the left rail, or Plans & pricing, to compare and buy.
- Billing & Invoices — manage your subscription and download invoices from Workspace → Manage → Billing / Invoices (see Workspaces & Teams).
- Promo codes — have a code? Enter it in the "Have a promo code?" field on the Billing page.
Note: AI credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. See Cloudairy AI for how credits are consumed per request.
