Cloudairy Product Docs

Wikis

A wiki is a documentation site built from your docs — like GitBook, inside Cloudairy. Use it for product documentation, help centres, team handbooks and onboarding guides.

How a wiki is organised

Level What it is
Wiki The whole documentation site, with its own name and address
Space A section shown as a tab across the top (for example Getting started, Guides, Help)
Group A heading in the left navigation that holds related pages
Page A doc — everything the doc editor can do works here

Create a wiki

  1. Open Docs in the left rail. In Docs hub, choose the space you want (or create one: open the space picker → Add space).
  2. Click + next to the space name → Wiki.
  3. Enter a name, choose Workspace (visible to your account) or Private, and click Create Wiki.

Add spaces and pages

  1. In a new wiki, click Add space and give it a name — it becomes a tab.
  2. Click New to add content to the space:
    • New Group — a navigation heading
    • Create Doc — a new page
    • From Template — start a page from a template
    • Import — bring content in from Miro, Google Drive, Mural, Lucid, Visio or a backup
  3. Write the page in the editor. Its title becomes the navigation entry.

Editor and Preview

Switch between Editor (write and arrange pages) and Preview (see the wiki exactly as readers will) at the top. Preview also has desktop and mobile views.

Publish

A new wiki is a Draft. Click Publish when it's ready to share. Readers get a clean documentation site with navigation, search and the Cloudairy Assistant, which answers questions from your pages.
