Is Cloudairy free?

Yes. The Free plan includes boards, docs, projects and a monthly allowance of AI credits. Paid plans add more credits, members, private sharing and advanced features. See Plans & pricing.

What are AI credits?

Every AI action (generating a diagram, writing a doc, building or editing a website) uses credits. Bigger models use more credits per action. Your balance is shown in the AI panel and in Settings › Billing.

Can I work with my team in real time?

Yes. Invite members to your workspace and edit boards and docs together, with live cursors, comments and mentions. See Sharing & collaboration.

How do I share something with people outside my workspace?

Use Share on any board or doc to copy a link. Choose whether people with the link can view or edit, or require them to sign in.

Can I bring in work from other tools?

Yes. Import from Miro, Lucid, Visio, Mural and Google Drive, and export to PNG, SVG, PDF and other formats. See Import & export.

How do I put a website I built on my own domain?

Open the site's Settings › Domains › Custom domain, enter your domain and add the one DNS record shown. See AI website builder.

Why is there a "Made with Cloudairy" badge on my website?

Sites published from free workspaces carry the badge. Upgrade and publish again to remove it.

How do I get help?

Ask the Cloudairy Assistant (the chat button at the bottom right), or raise a ticket from Support. See Support & help.
